Covers three cities so far: Houston, Bellaire and West University Place. Every other city we serve shows "We confirm your city's rules at the check visit" below, rather than a guess -- each incorporated city in this part of Texas sets its own permit rules, and a contractor who assumes county rules for a city address gets it wrong. See every area we serve.

What we confirm on your behalf

Whichever city or county turns out to be yours, we pull the permit under our own name wherever one is required, and it is passed through to you at its actual cost with the receipt attached. You never have to file it yourself or guess which office it goes to.

Fees and rules change. We verify the current fee and requirement again at the time of your permit, not just at the time this page was written.

Common Questions

Do you pull the permit, or do I?

We do, wherever one is required, under our own name, and it is passed through to you at its actual cost with the receipt attached.

My ZIP code showed two possible cities. Why?

A few ZIP codes here are shared by more than one incorporated city, or a city and an unincorporated county pocket. Mailing address is not the same as jurisdiction, and the checker says so when that applies to your ZIP.

My city is not listed. What happens?

We confirm your city's exact rules at the check visit, before anything is scheduled, instead of guessing on this page.

We will confirm it for you anyway

Every job includes pulling the right permit under our name, at its exact cost.
