Where We Work
Forty six areas inside a 25 mile radius of our Brittmoore Road office.
We work a 25 mile radius around our office at 1334 Brittmoore Road, which covers most of Harris County, the eastern half of Fort Bend, and the top of Brazoria. That is not a marketing radius. It is how far a crew, a dumpster and a material delivery can go and still let us be back on your roof the next morning if something is wrong.
If you are outside it, we would rather say so than drive past our own quality control.
Why the page for your area matters. Who issues your roof permit depends on which side of a city line your house sits on, and in this part of Texas those lines are strange. Six separate incorporated cities sit inside what everyone calls Memorial. Greatwood has been part of Sugar Land since 2017 and most contractors still quote it as unincorporated Fort Bend. Each area page below says which authority your permit actually goes to.

Areas we deliberately leave off
You will not find The Woodlands, League City, Galveston or Conroe on this list. They are all past 25 miles from the office. Plenty of Houston contractors list every city in the metro and sort it out later. We would rather you know before you call.
Common Questions
Do you charge more for the far edge of the radius?
No. The service fee is set by job complexity, not by drive time. What distance changes is scheduling, because we group jobs by area to keep crews from crossing the city twice in a day.
My neighborhood is not listed. Do you still come out?
If it is inside the 25 miles, yes. The list covers the areas we work most often, not a boundary. Call with the address and we will tell you straight away.
Who pulls the permit, you or me?
We do, wherever one is required, and the permit is passed through at its actual cost with the receipt attached. A contractor asking you to pull your own permit is asking you to carry the liability for their work.
Find your roof on the map yet?
Give us the address and we will tell you the permit authority, the likely roof age from the build era, and what a free inspection would look at.
